24-Hour Notice
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of your service charge.
No Shows
If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of your service.
